Baked Cheesy Ranch Potatoes

Serving: 6 Servings

Ingredients:

3 lbs baby red potatoes, unpeeled

½ cup buttermilk ranch or yogurt ranch dressing

Garlic salt, to taste

1 to 1½ cups finely shredded Mexican cheese blend

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 400˚F.

2. Cut potatoes into 1″ to 1½″ pieces.

3. Fill a 5 Qt pot half full with salted warm water.

4. Add potatoes and bring to a boil then cook at a low boil for 8-12 min depending on size of potatoes. Drain well.

5. Drizzle ½ cup ranch dressing directly into the pot with drained potatoes and gently toss - just enough to coat evenly.

6. Transfer potatoes into greased casserole dish. Sprinkle potatoes with garlic salt to taste.

7. Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes.

Cooking Tips

#1

Remember, y'all, it’s all about the prep. Take away the stress by doing the prep the night or day before.

#2

For best results when you're baking, leave butter and eggs at room temperature overnight.

#3

When chopping herbs, toss a little salt onto the cutting board; it will keep the herbs from flying around.
