Not only does this casserole taste good, but it is really easy to throw together. All you do is place all the ingredients in a baking dish and bake it...it couldn't get any easier.

Chicken, Bacon and Ranch Rice Bake

Yields: 4 servings

Ingredients:

2 cups cooked chicken (I use shredded chicken)

1/4 cup chopped bacon

1 cup cheddar cheese

1 (1oz) packet dry ranch seasoning mix

3/4 cup regular rice (not instant)

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 cup milk (I used 1%)

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375.

In a 9x9-inch pan, combine all ingredients. Cover dish with foil. Bake for 40 minutes or until rice is fully cooked, stirring midway through cooking time.

Cooking Tips

#1

Remember, y'all, it’s all about the prep. Take away the stress by doing the prep the night or day before.

#2

For best results when you're baking, leave butter and eggs at room temperature overnight.

#3

When chopping herbs, toss a little salt onto the cutting board; it will keep the herbs from flying around.
