How Big is Baby at 32 Weeks? Baby is as big as a squash. Still growing strong, baby measures about 16.7 inches and weighs in at about 3.8 pounds at 32 weeks pregnant.

Total weight gain/loss? 0 this week

Belly Bump: 31 inches. Baby girl was up at my ribs during my last doctor's appointment.

Pregnancy Symptoms: Backaches and having to go to the bathroom more often.

New for baby this week: This week your baby is practicing sucking and swallowing to prepare the digestive system for drinking milk. She now has toenails, fingernails, and real hair (or at least respectable peach fuzz). Her skin is becoming soft and smooth as she plumps up in preparation for birth.

Miss anything: Sleeping on my back

Wedding rings on or off? On. It was hard to take my rings off on a few mornings.

Happy or Moody most of the time: Pretty even kill this week.

Looking forward to: Our babymoon per se. We going to see Breaking Benjamin, our favorite band, in New Orleans on Friday night. Then we'll go to the LSU vs. Auburn game on Saturday and the Saints vs. Detroit game on Sunday. It's going to be a jammed backed weekend.
